Cafe at Lazy Bear Lodge

The rustic charm of the log exterior of this café attached to Lazy Bear Lodge is carried through the interior with hand-built log furnishings and a stone fireplace. Lazy Bear Café prides itself on using traditional Indigenous ingredients, such as bison, elk, Arctic char and wild berries. The addition of a greenhouse means fresh, organic produce enhances the made-from-scratch meals. The café is open only summer through fall (closed in winter and spring) and does not service alcohol.

Reef Restaurant & Coffee Shop at the Seaport Hotel

The Seaport Hotel’s licensed dining room and coffee shop is open all year. Try the house specialty – the Jack Daniels Ribs!

Tundra Inn Pub & Dining Room

Find hearty and wholesome meals with a regional Arctic twist, including elk, Arctic char or the famous vegetarian Borealis Burger. The pub features weekly open mic nights and live music.

Restaurant at Churchill Hotel

The Churchill Hotel operates a seasonal restaurant and bar. The restaurant can accommodate dietary restrictions on request.

Itsanitaq Museum

The gift shop at the Itsanitaq Museum features northern books, Inuit art, plus local carvings, prints, beaded mitts, moccasins, mukluks and stone cut prints.

Arctic Trading Company

Step inside an old-fashioned trading post, where locals showcase their fine handiwork, including mukluks decorated with beading and fur trim and tufted caribou hair arrangements.
