We are a grassroots, community driven tourism development organization composed of a partnership of 25 tourism businesses, representing roughly 75% of the tourism community in Churchill. Destination Churchill is legally incorporated as a non-for-profit organization, and we are continuously growing and expanding our marketing and tourism related projects.

The DC partnership allows businesses in Churchill the opportunity to network with, and promote each other to tourists, therefore providing superior, and quality experiences for all visitors. By promoting jointly, our partners increase travellers’ knowledge of all the quality products and services available to them. By dealing with knowledgeable, professional and local operators that are a part of the community, visitors are presented with a well-rounded variety of year-round attractions and options such as: beluga whale viewing, birding, northern lights viewing, dog sledding and hiking—giving the visitor a true understanding and appreciation for our unique environment and northern community.

In addition to providing quality tourism services to visitors, the DC partnership supports and sponsors local initiatives, and is committed to becoming a showcase for northern sustainable tourism, informing and educating visitors on the importance of nature, climate change, culture and history.
